Episode 1: Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
Welcome to Episode 1 of my new ‘Healthy Evening Snacks’ series! 🍿 Today, we’re making the absolute best Masala Corn on the Cob (Bhutta) right in the air fryer. This recipe is incredibly quick, easy, and healthy, using minimal oil. It’s the perfect guilt-free snack for your evening cravings!

📝 Full Ingredients & Instructions:
2 Fresh Corn Cobs
2 Tbsp Melted Butter/Ghee
1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs (Oregano/Italian Seasoning)
1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) – Optional, for color
Directions:
Cut corn into 2-inch pieces.
Mix butter/ghee with all spices in a bowl.
Brush the mixture generously onto the corn pieces.
Air Fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly charred. Enjoy!
