🥕 INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp oil
4–5 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger (roughly chopped)
2–3 medium carrots (roughly chopped)
1 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Water as required
Fresh cream (optional, for topping)
Chopped coriander for garnish
TIP : You can add spices of your choice
👩🍳 RECIPE
Sauté the base:
In a cooker, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add garlic, ginger, carrots, bay leaf, black pepper,(spices of your choice) and salt.
Pressure cook:
Add enough water to cover the veggies. Cook until everything turns soft and mushy.
Blend:
Remove the bay leaf, then blend the mixture into a smooth soup.
Heat & serve:
Bring it back to the pot for one boil.
Garnish:
Top with fresh cream and chopped coriander
