Today I make singhada salad a simple yet flavourful healthy salad packed with nutrients, making it a perfect healthy starter snacks option.

Singhada Salad
Water Chestnut mixed with cucumber, and roasted peanuts to make this salad.

Ingredients:-
Water Chestnut (Singhada), peeled and soaked in water
Cucumber , peeled
dried red chillies
roasted peanuts
salt as per taste
lemon , juice
fresh coriander leaves
fresh mint leaves

Method:-
– slice water chestnuts (singhora). Cucumber, remove seeds and chop roughly.
– chop red chillies, remove seeds and place in grinder jar with peanuts and crush coarsely.
– put cucumber and water chestnut into bowl, add salt, lemon juice, dried red chilli and peanuts mixture powder, and coriander leaves and mix well.
– Add chop mint leaves and mix well and serve chilled.
