Peanut Chaat is a healthy Indian Street food without oil. This is a very healthy street food. The chaat is made quick. Tasty and healthy.
Ingredients:
1 cup – Boiled groundnuts
Cilanto/Coriander leaves – as required
Chilli- 1/2 Finely chopped
Tomato-1 No- Chopped
Salt – ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli powder- ¼ Teaspoon
Lemon – ¼ Portion
Steps:
* Boil the groundnuts and strain the water
* Add cilantro/ coriander leaves, green chilli, tomato, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice to the
groundnuts
* Mix well together
* Enjoy eating
