📝 RECIPE 1 – SUNFLOWER SEED BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (150 g) sunflower seeds
• 3 tablespoons (30 g) flax seeds
• 3 tablespoons (30 g) psyllium husk
• Pinch of salt
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• Sesame seeds for topping
• Vegetable oil for greasing
HOW TO MAKE:
1️⃣ Blend sunflower seeds in a blender until fine
2️⃣ Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder
3️⃣ Mix all dry ingredients: ground sunflower seeds, ground flax, psyllium, salt, baking soda
4️⃣ Add eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar
5️⃣ Mix well until combined
6️⃣ Let rest for 10 minutes – batter will thicken
7️⃣ Grease baking pan with vegetable oil
8️⃣ Transfer batter to pan
9️⃣ Drizzle with vegetable oil
🔟 Make cuts on surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds

• ⅔ cup (150 g) cream cheese
• Pinch of salt
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan
2️⃣ Sauté leek until golden brown
3️⃣ Let cool
4️⃣ Peel and mash avocado
5️⃣ Chop hard-boiled eggs
6️⃣ Combine all ingredients: sautéed leek, avocado, eggs, cream cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice
7️⃣ Mix well until creamy
8️⃣ Spread on toasted bread slices
