Ingredients:
300g Fresh Spinach
200g Mushrooms (Sliced)
2 Carrots (Sliced into rounds)
2 Onions (1 large, 1 small)
Puff Pastry
Salt to taste
For the Glaze: 4 tbsp Milk, 1/2 Egg White, 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Brush with the glaze and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
