Healthy Avocado Sandwich

Add some butter to a pan and toast the bread slices on both sides
Take a ripe avocado and slice it in half like this. Take the seed out using a knife. Now use a spoon and scoop out both halves of the avocado. Mash them very nicely with the help of a fork. Add a small tomato finely chopped, 1 small finely chopped onion, 1 clove of grated garlic, juice of half a lemon, 1/4th teaspoon salt, 1/4th teaspoon pepper powder and some chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Now take the toast and spread the avocado mixture on one side. Place the other toast on top top close the sandwich. Garnish with some finely chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack!

स्वादिष्ट एवोकैडो सैंडविच

एक पैन में थोड़ा मक्खन डालें और ब्रेड के स्लाइस को दोनों तरफ से टोस्ट करें।
एक पका हुआ एवोकाडो लें और उसे इस तरह आधा काट लें। चाकू से बीज निकाल लें। अब एक चम्मच की मदद से एवोकाडो के दोनों हिस्सों को निकाल लें। कांटे की मदद से इन्हें अच्छी तरह मसल लें। इसमें एक छोटा टमाटर बारीक कटा हुआ, 1 छोटा बारीक कटा प्याज, 1 कली कद्दूकस किया हुआ लहसुन, आधे नींबू का रस, 1/4 छोटा चम्मच नमक, 1/4 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर और कुछ कटे हुए हरे धनिये के पत्ते डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ। अब टोस्ट लें और एक तरफ एवोकाडो का मिश्रण फैलाएँ। दूसरे टोस्ट को ऊपर रखें और सैंडविच को बंद कर दें। कुछ बारीक कटे प्याज, टमाटर और हरे धनिये से सजाएँ। एक हेल्दी ब्रेकफास्ट या स्नैक के रूप में इसका आनंद लें!
