High protein dressing🍅
Ingredients
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Garlic – 7–8 cloves (chopped)
Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup
Water – as required
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – ½ tsp
Low-fat paneer – 120 g (cubed)
Method
-Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté until golden.
-Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and splash of water. Cook until the tomatoes soften and turn saucy.
-Toss in paneer cubes and saute it well.
-Let it cool the and blend.
-Store in a airtight jar.
