Healthy Bok Choy Poriyal Recipe | Vijimoo



Dear all – if you find bok choy in the market, do pick them up. Besides using them in Chinese food, we can use them in our recipes. It tastes like radish leaves.

Recipe –
– heat coconut oil in a pan. Add 3 chopped bok choy, 1 chopped onion, 3-4 chopped green chillies, 5-6 chopped garlic, few curry leaves, 2 chopped carrot, salt, 1/2 cup of cooked soya granules or nuggets.

– cover and cook for 20 min on low flame. No need to add water. Sprinkle if needed

– once cooked, add 1/2 cup grated coconut
Cooking soya granules / nuggets

1. Boil water. Add salt, turmeric powder. Add 1/2 cup soya granules / nuggets. Cover and keep it aside for 15 min

2. Strain. When cool, squeeze out all water
