British Chicken Coronation is a fantastic recipe of the United Kingdom. Chicken prepared this way is filled in sandwiches, potato jackets or can be consumed as a salad. Adapting from there I have modified the dish so that it can be prepared very easily with ingredients available in Indian Kitchens. The chicken is mildly spiced, creamy and crispy. The dish is awesome in taste and can be consumed with chapati also.

The dish is a Royal Wedding Dish of UK and was developed in 1953. The dish is very suitable for picnics too.

Ingredients –
Chicken Strips 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Sliced)
Oil 1 Tbsp (Olive Oil or any other vegetable oil)
Salt to Taste
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tsp
Crushed Pepper ¼ Tsp
Chicken Masala/ Meat Masala/ Kitchen King Masala 1 Tsp
Hung Curd ¾ Cup
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
