Ginger Raw Turmeric Green Chilli Paste

Ginger-1/2 inch
Raw turmeric-1/4 tsp
Green chillies-3

For boiling green peas

Boiling water
Salt-1/2 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Fresh green peas-1/2 cup

Stuffing

Oil-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds(jeera)-1 tsp
Asafoetida powder(hing)-1/4 tsp
Ginger Raw Turmeric Green Chilli Paste-1 tbsp
Mashed boiled potato-1
Boiled green peas-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Dry mango powder(amchur)-1 tsp
Coriander leaves-a handful
