Aamir healthyfood secret Classic French Toast (Meetha Anda Bread)
Ye sabse aam aur asaan tareeqa hai.
Ingredients:
Bread: 4 slices
Anday: 2 adad
Doodh: 1/4 cup (is se bread soft banti hai)
Cheeni: 2-3 chamach (ya hasb-e-zaiqa)
Elaichi powder ya Vanilla essence: Ek chutki (khushbu ke liye)
Makhann ya Ghee: Talne ke liye
Banane ka Tareeqa:
Ek gehray bartan mein anday, doodh, cheeni aur elaichi powder ko acchi tarah phent lain jab tak cheeni ghul jaye.
Taway ya pan par thora sa makhann ya ghee garam karen.
Bread ke slice ko anday walay mixture mein dono taraf se acchi tarah dip karen (zyada der na rakhen warna bread toot sakti hai).
Darmiani aanch (medium flame) par dono taraf se sunhera (golden brown) hone tak pakaen.
2. Stuffed Sweet Egg Sandwich
Agar aap kuch alag try karna chahte hain, toh ye tareeqa behtareen hai.
Banane ka Tareeqa:
Do bread slices ke beech mein Nutella, Jam, ya Malai aur Cheeni ki ek layer lagayen.
In slices ko aapas mein jor dain (sandwich ki tarah).
Ab upar bataye gaye anday aur doodh walay mixture mein is sandwich ko dip karen.
Pan par halki aanch par sek lain taake andar ki filling bhi garam ho jaye.
Kuch Khas Tips:
Crispy Bread: Agar aapko bread thori crispy pasand hai, toh doodh ki miqdar thori kam rakhen.
Toppings: Serve karte waqt upar se thora sa Shehed (Honey) ya Cinnamon powder chirkne se zaiqa mazeed barh jata hai.
Salty Twist: Agar aapko meetha pasand nahi, toh cheeni ki jagah namak, kali mirch, aur hara dhania daal kar “Salty French Toast” bhi bana sakte hain.
