🧾 Ingredients
🟢 Paneer Taco Filling (Veg)
– Paneer (marinated with tandoori masala)
– Butter
– Garlic (finely chopped)
– Onion (long slices)
– Red Capsicum

– Black Pepper
– Lemon Juice
– Chaat Masala
🔴 Chicken Taco Filling (Non-Veg)
– Boiled Chicken (shredded)
– Butter
– Garlic (finely chopped)
– Onion (long slices)
– Capsicum
– Salt
– Black Pepper
– Garlic Seasoning (optional)
– Oregano
– Chilli Flakes / Chilli Powder
– Lemon Juice
– Fresh Coriander
🧀 Cheese Taco Base (Shell)
– Mozzarella Cheese
– Cheddar Cheese
– Butter Paper
– Butter (for greasing)
🌿 Toppings (Optional but Healthy)
– Mint-Coriander Chutney
– Homemade Tomato Ketchup
– Lettuce / Cabbage
– Jalapeno / Olives (optional)
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe
1️⃣ Prepare Paneer Filling
– Heat butter in a clay pot or pan.
– Add garlic → onions → capsicum.
– Sauté lightly.
– Add marinated paneer and cook till soft.
– Add salt, black pepper, coriander.
2️⃣ Prepare Chicken Filling
– Heat butter, add garlic, onions & capsicum.
– Add shredded boiled chicken.
– Season with salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes.
– Switch off flame and squeeze lemon juice.
3️⃣ Make Cheese Taco Shell (Oven / Pan)
– Mix mozzarella + cheddar.
– Spread in a round shape on butter paper.
– Bake in oven until crispy
OR
– Cook on pan till cheese melts & crisps.
– Shape while warm and let it cool to harden.
4️⃣ Assemble the Tacos
– Fill cheese shell with paneer or chicken filling.
– Add mint chutney, homemade ketchup.
– Top with lettuce/cabbage & coriander.
