In this video,I have made 3 lunch box recipes which are easy, simple and very healthy with more vegetables.
Ingredients:
Paneer Fried Rice:
Rice – 1 cup
Paneer Cubes – 250 gms
Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Bay Leaves – 2
Cinnamon Stick – 2
Clove – 5
Vegetables for Fried Rice:
Capsicum (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Boiled Corn – 2 tbsp
Carrot (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Onions (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Beans (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Vegetable Pancake:
Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
Capsicum (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Onions (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Boiled Corn – 2 tsp
Beans (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Water
Rice Flour – 3 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Wheat Flour – 4 tbsp
Cooking Oil as per needed
Potato Sandwich:
Potato (boiled, peel off and mashed) – 200 gms
Onions – 1/2 cup
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Bread Slices – 4
Ghee or Cheese
