Paneer Bowl🥙(detailed recipe👇🏼)

I N G R E D I E N T S : (serves 1)
for Tandoori Paneer –
100gm Low Fat Paneer (comment if you want recipe)
1/2 tsp chilli oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Greek yogurt/curd
1 tbsp besan

For Salad –
1 cucumber
1 onion
3 tbsp Greek your/curd
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
Some fresh coriander
1 tsp chilli garlic oil (recipe on my feed)

For Herbed Jeera Rice –
1/2 tsp ghee
1/3 cup cooked rice
1 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp salt
Some fresh coriander
1 tbsp chilli flakes
