Healthy Gond ke Laddu | Dry Fruits Laddu for Winter (2026 Special) #recipe #laddu #winter #shorts



📝 Ingredients
• Gond (edible gum) – 100 gms
• Almonds – 100 gms
• Cashews – 100 gms
• Pistachios – 20 gms
• Makhana – 25 gms
• Raisins (Kismis) – as required
• Dry grated coconut – 50 gms
• Desi ghee – 250 gms
• Jaggery (melted) – 250 gms

👩‍🍳 Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add almonds and roast on low flame until crunchy.
Add cashews and roast again. Remove and keep aside.
2. In the same pan, add gond and roast until it puffs up completely.
Remove and keep in a separate plate.
3. Add a little more ghee to the pan.
Roast makhana until crisp.
Add pistachios and roast lightly.
Add raisins and roast till they swell.
Finally, add dry grated coconut and roast till aromatic.
4. Transfer all the roasted nuts (except gond) into a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
5. Take roasted gond in a plate and crush it into a fine grain texture.
6. In a large bowl, combine:
• Crushed gond
• Ground nuts mixture
• Roasted coconut & raisins
Mix everything well.
7. Add melted jaggery mixed with ghee and mix properly while warm.
8. Grease your palms with ghee and shape the mixture into round laddus.
