Today I’m here with a recipe, as always, for a very tasty and healthy bread with psyllium and chia seeds, made with green buckwheat.
This recipe is simply fantastic.
It is based on seeds, psyllium husk, and grains, with no yeast and no flour.
And no kneading is needed.

• Chia seeds — 25 g (about 2.5 tablespoons)
• Green buckwheat — 125 g (about ¾ cup)
• Boiling water — 50 ml (about 3 tablespoons)
• 1 egg
• Psyllium husk — 1 tablespoon
• Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
• Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
• Spice mix — ½ teaspoon (I used nutmeg and garlic powder)
