Kaaramani Kulzhi Panniyaram. Healthy breakfast / easy snacks.

Ingredients:- Kaaramani (Black eyes pea) 1 Cup, grated Carrot (1/2 cup),Shredded Onion (1/2 Cup), Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves, Kaayam (Asafetida / hing), Salt to taste.

Soak Kaaramani for 6-8 hours. Make batter, then add all ingredients. Fry them crispy. Serve with Coconut chutney.
