Ingredients:
Bread slices
Spinach (washed & blanched)
Boiled sweet corn
Butter
2 tbsp wheat flour
½ glass milk
Salt (to taste)
Red chilli powder
Chilli flakes
Oregano

Method:
Blanch spinach in hot water for 1 minute and keep aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add wheat flour and cook for 1 minute.
Add milk slowly and mix well to avoid lumps.
Add spinach and boiled sweet corn, cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, and oregano. Mix well and let it thicken.
Spread the mixture on bread slices and toast with butter on a tawa until golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
