🥞 Low-Calorie Starch Pancakes
📝 Ingredients:
• Eggs — 2
• Milk — 200 ml
• Starch (cornstarch) — 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp (added during cooking)
• Salt — a pinch
• Sweetener — optional
• Olive oil — just a drop for the pan

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Whisk the eggs and milk until smooth.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of starch, salt and sweetener.
3. Mix well with a whisk.
4. Heat a non-stick pan.
5. During the first try, the pancake was hard to flip, so:
• I added a drop of olive oil to the pan
• and another 1 tablespoon of starch to the batter
6. Always stir the batter before each pancake, then cook over medium heat until lightly golden on both sides.

• ❗ Starch batter separates very quickly, so it must be stirred constantly
• Pancakes cook very fast
• They turn out thin
• The taste is just like classic pancakes, despite being low-calorie
