Ingredients
• 1 Cucumber – grated
• 1 cup Poha (flattened rice)
• 2 tbsp Grated coconut
• 1 tsp Oil
• ½ tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tbsp Peanuts
• 1 tbsp Chana dal
• 1 tbsp Soaked green gram (moong dal – optional)
• Curry leaves – few
• 1 tsp Ginger – finely chopped
• 1 Green chilli – chopped
• Salt – to taste
