​🍞 The Ultimate Fluffy Keto Loaf | Healthy Homemade Bread

​🛒 Ingredients:
​203g Almond Flour
​23g Coconut Flour
​38g Ground Golden Flaxseed
​6g Psyllium Husk Powder
​12g Baking Soda
​4ml Baking Powder
​Pinch of Salt
​90ml Avocado Oil
​7 Large Eggs (Separated)
​23ml Apple Cider Vinegar
​3g Stevia Liquid
​Seeds for topping
​👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 170–180°C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Separate the eggs
Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks.
3️⃣ Whip the whites
In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
👉 This is the secret to a fluffy loaf!
4️⃣ Make the base
​ In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients. Add the egg yolks, avocado oil, vinegar, and stevia.
Mix until a thick, smooth paste forms.
5️⃣ Fold gently
Fold the whipped egg whites into the batter in three stages, using a spatula.
Be gentle to keep the air inside.
6️⃣ Bake
Pour into the loaf pan, top with seeds, and bake for 45–50 minutes.
7️⃣ Cool completely
Let the bread cool fully on a wire rack before slicing (very important!).
