👇 Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Masoor Dal (Soaked 2 hours)
• 1 Cup Soya Chunks (Soaked in hot water & squeezed)
• Aromatics: 1 Tbsp Ginger, 1 Tbsp Garlic, 2 Green Chillies, 2 Onions (chopped), Fresh Coriander.
• Spices: 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Kasuri Methi, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, ½ tsp Garam Masala, ½ tsp Cumin Powder.
👩🍳 Method:
1. Coarsely grind the soaked Dal and Soya Chunks.
2. Mix with chopped onions and all spices.
3. Shape into tikkis/kebabs.
4. Shallow fry on a pan until golden brown!
