Chicken Tikka Salad:
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 to 2 Tsp Dahi-Mint Dip
Dash of Pepper pd
Salad Leaves
1/3 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
½ Cup Red + Yellow Bell Peppers – Cubed
¼ Cup Spring Onions – cubed
Pinch of Salt
Chicken Tikka Pieces
2 Bread Slice – Bread Croutons

Pudhina/Mint Chutney:
1 Cup Fresh Coriander leaves
½ Cup Mint Leaves
2 to 3 Green chillies
1 inch Ginger
5 to 6 cloves of Garlic
½ Tsp Jeera/Cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Grind all of the above with some ice cubes and use as required

Smoked Chicken Tikka Recipe
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
500 Gms Chicken Pieces/ Boneless
¼ Cup Dahi/Curds
1 ½ Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ Tsp Haldi Pd
3 to 4 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste/Powder
1 Tbsp Dhanya/Coriander pd
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
½ Tsp Pepper pd
1 Tsp Jeera/Cumin pd
¾ Tsp Garam Masala Pd
½ Tsp Kasuri Methi
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Besan/Gram Flour
½ Lemon Juice
Marinate 2 -3 hours / Overnight. Pan fry for 12 to 15 minutes or Air Fry at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 to 18 minutes and smoke with charcoal. Serve with Onion Lacha Salad and Mint + Curds Dip.
