Recipe:
100g of edamame (11g protein)
1egg (6g protein)
2tbsp of peanut butter (8g)
2tbsp of sweetener of your choice
30g of cacao powder (6g protein)
Chocolate chips (optional)
1. Remove the skin of edamame (you don’t have to but recommend for smooth texture)
2. Blend edamame, egg, peanut butter and sweetener until smooth
Add cacao powder and mix well
Pout into your baking pan and pour chocolate chips on top if you like
3. Bake in the oven at 200° for about 30 minutes
4. Cool it down and enjoy☘️☘️
