Ingredients:

Torai / Bottle gourd
Spinach (Palak)
Boiled peas (Ubali Matar)
Mashed potatoes (Uble Aloo)
Coriander (Dhaniya)
Ginger (Adrak)
Spices: Salt, Red Chili, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder
Roasted Gram Flour (Besan) & Bread Crumbs
Oil for shallow frying

Method:

Cut torai and boil for 2 minutes.
Add spinach and boil everything for 5 minutes.
Let it cool, then add coriander and boiled peas and grind.
In a pan, add oil and sauté ginger lightly.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, and chopped capsicum.
Sauté capsicum 2 min, add paste & cook till dry.
Add salt, red chili, turmeric & garam masala and sauté.
After moisture dries, add boiled & mashed potatoes.
Add roasted gram flour and bread crumbs.
Let it cool and shape into kababs.
Shallow or deep fry until golden.
