Desi WeightLoss Recipes” – “Garlic Lemon Rice with Dahi Tadka” ✨🧿

You all know I have lost 20kgs of fat and during my fat loss journey I used to take a lot of well balanced desi meals with good protein and fiber content, So in this series I will be sharing all those meals with you all. Here’s the recipe SAVE it you will LOVE it!!🥰

Protein : 20g / serving

I N G R E D I E N T S : (serve 2)
For Dahi Tadka –
1 tsp ghee
3-4 dried red chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp jeera
1 tsp ginger paste
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped onions
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
4 cup Greek yogurt/Homemade high protein curd

– sauté veggies with spices and switch off the flame
– let it cool a bit
– add in high protein Greek yogurt or high protein DAHI

For Garlic Lemon Rice :
1 cup boiled rice
1 tsp ghee
3-4 soaked red chilli
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tsp Channa dal
6-8 cashews
10-15 curry leaves
100gm homemade low fat paneer (comment for the recipe)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Some fresh coriander

– serve with SALAD 🥗
