Hey guys! Happy New Year! I wanted to start the new year with two of my favorite açaí bowl recipes. According to webmd.com, The acai berry is an inch-long, reddish-purple fruit. It comes from the acai palm tree, which is native to Central and South America.

I have been eating Acai bowl since 2015. I had my first one at Bowl of Heaven. My first experience was not really good so I decided to make my own at home. The texture is thick and scoopable. I prefer adding different kinds of berries because it has more good health benefits.

Ingredients:

First Acai Bowl Recipe:

I pack (3.52 oz or 100 g) Frozen Acai
1 cup + 2 tbsp Almond Milk or any milk of your choice
1 frozen apple
1 frozen banana
About a cup pf frozen strawberries
1/2 to 1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp Kale powder

2nd Acai Bowl Recipe:

I pack (3.52 oz or 100 g) Frozen Acai
1/2 cup Almond milk
1 C Frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp Kale powder
Half of an apple
1/2 cup raspberries

3rd Acai Bowl recipe using Acai powder:

2 tbsp Acai powder
1 tbsp Kale powder
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Water
1 Banana, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
