INGREDIENTS:
* 3 large roasted red peppers (jarred or fresh)
* 3/4 cup walnuts, toasted
* 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
* 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
* 1 tbsp Aleppo pepper flakes (or red chili flakes)
* 1 garlic clove
* 1/2 tsp cumin
* 1/3 cup olive oil
* Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend walnuts and breadcrumbs until fine.
2. Add peppers, garlic, molasses, spices, and oil.
3. Pulse until smooth but textured.
4. Serve with pita or veggies!
