Ingredients
• Jaggery powder – ¾ cup
• Ghee – ⅓ cup
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Jowar flour – 1 cup
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
• Warm milk – ½ cup

Method
1. In a bowl, mix the ghee and jaggery powder thoroughly until well combined.
2. Add wheat flour, jowar flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder.
3. Gradually add warm milk and knead into a soft dough.

Baking Instructions

Kadai Method:
• Preheat a heavy kadai.
• Place the biscuit inside, cover, and bake on medium heat for 20–25 minutes.

Oven Method:
• Preheat the oven for 5 minutes.
• Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
