🌽 INGREDIENTS
For Corn Ribs
Butter (room temperature)
Finely chopped garlic
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Chopped coriander
Boiled corn cobs
For Dip
Hung curd
Schezwan sauce
👩🍳 RECIPE
Prepare garlic butter:
In a bowl, mix butter, chopped garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, and coriander.
Cut the corn:
Take boiled corn cobs and carefully cut them into rib-like pieces (as shown in the video).
Season:
Apply garlic butter generously on the corn ribs.
Airfry:
Airfry at 200°C for 10–15 minutes until crispy and golden.
Make the dip:
In a bowl, mix hung curd with Schezwan sauce.
Serve:
Spread the dip over the corn ribs or serve it on the side.
