Suji (sooji / rava) – 1 cup

Curd (dahi) – 2–3 tbsp

Water – as needed (batter ke liye)

Capsicum – finely chopped

Tomato – finely chopped

Onion – finely chopped

Carrot – grated

Green chilli – finely chopped

Fresh coriander (hara dhaniya) – chopped

Coriander powder – ½ tsp

Garam masala – ¼ tsp ⭐

Salt – taste ke according

Oil / ghee – chilla sekne ke liye

Bowl me suji + dahi + pani daal kar smooth batter banao
👉 consistency: dosa se thoda thick

Batter ko 10–15 min rest do (important).

Ab saari chopped vegetables add karo.

Salt + coriander powder + garam masala daal do.

Mix it well 👍

Tawa medium garam karo, thoda oil/ghee lagao.

Batter daal kar halka spread karo.

Dono side se golden & crispy hone tak sek lo.
