STIR FRY VEGETABLES WITH PANEER
Ingredients:-
(Vegetables for stir fry)
1/4 capsicum
1/4 yellow bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 pak choy
1/4 carrot
6-7 florids of broccoli
1/4 yellow zucchini
1/4 green zucchini
2-3 baby corn
100-150 grams paneer (cube cut)
1-2 tbsp ghee(roasting paneer)
1-2 tbsp oil (cooking stir fry)
Spring onion chopped (sprinkle on top)
(Chop all the vegetables in julienne style)
(Sauce ingredients)
2-3 tbsp of red chilli sauce
2-3 tbsp of schezwan sauce
2-3 tbsp of ketchup
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Method:-
Firstly chop all the vegetables and keep them aside. Take a vessel into that add 1-2 cup of water, add a pinch of salt and let it boil into that add broccoli, carrot and baby corn and par boil them. Once done keep it aside. Then take a pan heat some ghee into it and sort paneer until golden brown on both the sides. Keep that also aside. Now take another pan into that heat some oil and start by tossing onion and simultaneously add all the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add the sauce and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then add the paneer and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot and sprinkle some chopped spring onion on top.
