Georgian Beet Salad | Easy Healthy Recipe #Shorts #salad



Ingredients:
2 beets
1 red onion
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Olive oil
Lemon juice
100 g walnuts

Boil the beets for 1.5 hours until fully tender.
Peel and slice the cooked beets.
Thinly slice the red onion.
Add salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste.
Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
Add crushed walnuts and chopped herbs (cilantro, dill, parsley).
Mix well and let the salad marinate for 1 hour before serving.
