Ingredients
•1 cup soya chunks
•5-6 garlic cloves
•2 green chillies
•1 tsp chilli powder
•1 tsp coriander powder
•1 tsp cumin powder
•Ye tsp garam masala
•2 tsp besan
chillies

•1 tsp chaat masala
•Juice of 1 lemon
. salt to taste

For the roll (optional additions)
·Roti
·Lettuce
• Pickled onion
•Green chutney
chillies
•Mayo or any sauce

Method

1. Boil the soya chunks and squeeze out all the
water.
2. Add the soya chunks to a blender and grind
3.Add the green chilli and garlic to the blender
and blend into a smooth paste.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowls Add all the
masalas, besan, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
5. Shape into kebabs and cook them on a pan
with a little oil.
6. To assemble, place the kebab on a roti, add
lettuce, pickled onions, lemon juice, chutney or
mayo, and roll it up.
