Are you ready to make a delicious snack for toddlers?
Check it out! In this video you will learn how to make banana muffins with Vitamin F!
Vitamin F? What the hell is that Marissa?
It’s FIBRE! Fibre is so important for bowel health. Fibre is an ESSENTIAL food to give to toddlers. If your little one isn’t getting enough fibre in their diet it will be so hard for them to poo. Get it, HARD, POO? Yes, I know I’m funny.
But seriously friends. Fibre is important. Period. Fibre is something I feed my toddler everyday. Whether it be nuts and seeds or fruits and vegetables with the skin on them. Fibre is apart of our daily diet.
I want to give you easy and toddler friendly recipes to create at home with your little ones! This is a deliciously, satiating snack and it what I feed my toddler. Not to mention it is school friendly and your child can take it for a recess snack!
