Here’s Janene Babauskis from Alyce Alexandra Cookbooks making beautiful low carb seed bread rolls. These yummy rolls will go with just about anything. Perfect!

INGREDIENTS
80g psyllium husk – pre-milled
30g chia
seeds
35g pumpkin
seeds
30g sesame
seeds
30g linseed
s
80g coconut flour
10g coconut sugar
1 tsp hymalayan salt
3 tsp baking powder
50g coconut oil
400g warm water
3 eggs

METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 200°
C
Add psyllium, all seeds, coconut flour, coconut sugar,
salt & baking powder
Mill 10 sec speed 7
Set mixture aside
Add coconut oil
Heat 1.5 min, 50°C speed 1
Add warm water
Mill 5 sec speed 3 while adding eggs through top

Add reserve flour mixture back in
Mill 7 sec, speed 6

Place onto silicone baking mat and divide into 4
Roll to desired size
Bake at 200°C for 30-35 min
Rest bread for 30 mins
Enjoy with a variety of toppings.
