High Protein Pasta



🍝High Protein Pasta ! One vegetarian dish that lacks protein completely is pasta & this is the only way I have been making it since a few years now. Finally found a good high protein pasta from @urbanplatter.in & it actually tastes sooo good. Honestly you can’t tell the difference.

✅ Calories – 480 Kcal
✅ Protein – 30 g
✅ Fibre – 11 g

Ingredients (2 Serves)

120 g High Protein Pasta (20% protein )
100 g Low Fat Paneer
30 g Cheese
300 g Veggies (tomato, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower, celery, pumpkin)
20 g Cashew
1 large onion
5 to 7 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
A little drizzle of chilli oil
5 to 7 g Butter (1/2 tsp each time you add it)
Some basil leaves

🌟 Vishesh Tippani
– First boil water & then add the pasta for best results
– Cook the sauce on medium flame to prevent it from sticking & add a little water to it before adding the pasta in. The pasta will absorb the sauce as it cooks.
