Ingredients:

• Avocado oil — 2 tbsp
• Onion — ≈ 90 g (≈ ¾ cup)
• Celery — ≈ 75 g (≈ ½ cup)
• Potato — ≈ 160 g (≈ 1 cup)
• Cauliflower — ≈ 500 g (≈ 4–5 cups florets)
• Water — 2 cups (≈ 475 ml)
• Minced clams in clam juice — 2 cans (≈ 185 g each, with juice) Calories: ≈ 80 per can (per label)
• Salt — to taste
• Black pepper — to taste (I like a lot!)
