Sehat Ka Swad Presents : Peanut butter cookies | Healthy Snacks Recipe



Hey everyone!
Today we are making healthy peanut butter cookies 🥜🍪
This recipe is eggless, easy & guilt-free.

🥜 Ingredients:
½ cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
¼ cup jaggery powder / brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ tsp baking powder
1–2 tbsp milk (if needed)

👩‍🍳 Steps:

1️⃣ Take a bowl and add peanut butter and butter.
Mix well till smooth and creamy.

2️⃣ Add jaggery powder / brown sugar.
Mix again until everything is nicely combined.

3️⃣ Add baking powder and mix well.

4️⃣ If the dough feels dry, add 1–2 tablespoons milk
and make a soft, sticky dough.

5️⃣ Preheat oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

6️⃣ Make small balls from the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Flatten them slightly using a fork or your hand.

7️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes
or until the edges turn light golden.

8️⃣ Take them out and let them cool completely.
They will become crunchy as they cool.
