Ingredients:
Sooji- 2 cup
Salt-1/4 tsp
Hot water
Chana dal-1 cup( soak for 2-3 hours)
Garlic-8-10 cloves
Green chilli-2-3
Ginger-1/2 inch
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Chopped Coriander- handful
*Rest sooji dough for 10-12 mins while covering it with moist cloth
*Steam it for 10-12 mins
For Tadka:
Oil-2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Green chilli slits-3-4
Coarse Red chilli-1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander for garnishing
