Ingredients:
• 1 zucchini
• 1 eggplant (peeled)
• 1 tomato
• 1 potato
• ½ red bell pepper
• ½ yellow bell pepper
• ½ hot red pepper
• 3 cloves garlic
• 3 eggs

• Salt, black pepper, sweet paprika
Preparation:
1. Chop all the vegetables. Peel the eggplant before chopping.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add all vegetables, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until softened.
3. Add salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika. Continue cooking until the water evaporates.
