Greek yogurt pizza dough



Here’s my annual New Years Day post of my Greek yogurt-based dough. More detailed step by step directions and recipe in my bio.

I eat this frequently to balance my pizza addiction but This one usually upsets the internet. The New Year is upon us and I know some of you are going to try to cut out pizza to eat healthier. Well I’m here to tell you not to do that!

Is this a health account? No, absolutely not. All I’m saying is it’s lower calorie/carb and higher protein.

Is it real pizza? I mean, no not really. But it tastes like pizza and can give you your fix.

This is much higher protein and lower carb and lower calorie so it can help you hit some of those fitness goals. Just don’t forget to make regular pizza every now and again too 🙂
