Periods pain Relief Drink at Home

According to Dr. Robin Sharma, this drink can help alleviate period pain and manage hormonal fluctuations

Ingredients
Sesame seeds (til): One large tablespoon (black sesame seeds are better).
Water: One glass.
Jaggery (optional): A small amount for taste, if desired.
Pepper corn – 10 -12

Instructions:
Add the black sesame seeds, jaggery and pepper corn to one glass of water.
Boil the mixture until the amount of water is reduced by half.
Drink this mixture while it is still warm.
It is particularly effective if consumed around the time of your period.
