INGREDIENTS:

●Beets – 1 kg
●Salt – 1 tbsp
●Vegetable oil – 60 ml
●Onion – 1 pc.
●Garlic – 4 cloves
●Ground coriander – 1 tsp
●Hot pepper – 1 tsp
●Sweet paprika – 1 tsp
●Sugar – 1 tbsp (if you like, I omitted)
●Apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp
●Green onions – 10 g

1.Shred the beetroot into thin strips.
2. Add a tablespoon of salt to the beets, mix well, and let sit for 30 minutes.
3. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat until soft.
4. Add the spices and stir.
5. Drain the beets.
6. Add the fried onions with the spices, apple cider vinegar, and chopped green onions, and stir well.
7. For best taste, let the salad sit for another 10-15 minutes.
