Fudgy No-Bake Brownies (No Sugar, No Sweetener)
Ingredients
– 1 cup raw pecans
– 1 1/3 cups pitted dates
– 1/2 cup raw almond butter
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/3 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions
– Grind pecans and dates in a food processor until finely ground. Add almond butter and process until combined.
– Add cocoa powder and pulse until evenly mixed.- Press mixture into a parchment-lined 8-inch pan (or 9-inch pan for thinner brownies).
– Sprinkle walnuts on top and gently press in.- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
Yield: 16 small brownies • Store refrigerated
