Ingredients:-
Rice 1 cup
Urad Dal 1/2 cup
Chana dal 1/2 cup
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Wash and soaked for 20 – 25 minutes
Heat Oil 2 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Rai 1 tsp
Dry chilli 2
Tej Patta 2
Hing 1/2 tsp
Saute 2 minutes & add
Matar 1 cup
Gazar 1 cup
Saute 2 minutes & add
Tomato 1 cup
Haldi 1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Salt according to taste
Saute 5 minutes & add
Soaked rice or pulses
Add required water
Mix and cooked on medium flame 20 – 25 minutes
Finish with fresh coriander leaves 🍃
Serve hot khichdi with ghee, achar or papad 👍👌
