TIME SCHEDULE
• Active Prep: 10 minutes
• Soaking Psyllium: 30 – 60 minutes (or overnight)
• Dough Resting: 30 minutes or more
• Baking: Approx. 1 hour

INGREDIENTS
• 27 g psyllium husks & 500 g cold water
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 200 g oats (rolled oats)
• 100 g millet flour (in the video I used 70 g millet flour and 30 g buckwheat flour)
• 50 g tapioca starch
• 6 g baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• white rice flour (for shaping)
