The Recipe:
3 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Honey/Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Oil (Coconut/Olive)
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda + 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Salt & Cinnamon
Method: Mash, mix, bake at 175°C/350°F for 45-55 mins.
Best served the next day!
