Ingredients:
-1.5 Lbs of Chicken Breast (680g)
-10 Small Flour Tortillas
-1: 16oz Can of Refried Beans (454g)
-1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (112g)
-1 Cup Barbecue Sauce (280g)

Instructions:
1.) Cook chicken with BBQ sauce in crockpot (high 3–4 hrs or low 6–8 hrs), then shred and coat.
2.) Bake lightly oiled tortillas at 400°F for 8–10 min until crispy.
3.) Heat refried beans with a splash of water.
4.) Top tortillas with beans, BBQ chicken, and cheese; bake 3–4 min until melted.
5.) Cool slightly and enjoy.
